This is a really great session with the undersung Hugh Lawson on piano. I was turned on by the review in the Penguin Guide and found the CD and later the LP. The Storyville label is out of Denmark and boasts high production values and little meddling into the productions. Better to let the geniuses with the instruments decide what and how to play. The overall result is really wonderful listing.
